Ad of The Day- Robinsons- “Pals”
Robinsons launched their new TV ad last night during “Britain’s Got Talent” for their juice drink. An advertisement that I am sure has been developed to evoke emotional feelings from viewers about family, cleverly placed within a programme that will be sure to have millions of families across the UK watching. I think the advert is beautiful and the insight used about precious family moments has been put together in a great story. The idea of using a plot twist that the other boy is actually the dad will definitely bring a tear to a mother’s (the potential shopper) eye, especially with the emotional strapline “It’s good to be a dad. It’s better to be a friend”. A campaign perfect for the brand.
